Do not think that I have come to bring peace on earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. (Matthew 10:34)

Most Christians complain when they begin to be opposed and sometimes even hated because of their faith. Even though they have read the Bible, they fail to understand that they would be judged and reviled because the very Son of God warned that this would be so.

Dealing with things that leave us behind is always complicated, even more so when they come from people close to us. But Christians should implant in their minds that they are between a spiritual and a carnal world, where some know only one reality and another group knows more realities. To be a Christian is to be opposed to negative thoughts of everything that is pushed toward evil personality; so it is natural that people who do not know good react negatively to those who strive for good.

“Matthew 22:29 says, But Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.”

As we can see, the world does not hate Christians because they want to, but they do not know the scriptures nor the power of God. And every Christian should know that he must understand and deal with these situations.

Being a Christian is not easy, and the hardest thing in Christianity is to pray continuously.
