God is not Begging for Our Sacrifices
God is not going to share His glory with people who spend three hours watching soccer and go to a service and pray for 10 minutes.
This generation is the worst generation of Christians ever. It is the weakest, most feeble, most ignorant generation of Christians that ever walked this earth.
If we compare it to the ancient generations, I don’t even want to compare it to the old testament or to the people of Israel. But if we take only the generation of the first church that was founded in Acts chapter two with eleven apostles from the original twelve, plus the apostle Paul, until the last two centuries, this generation is the weakest generation that has ever existed.
This generation is a generation that God cannot demand that a woman cover her hips, cannot demand that she cover her breasts because it is hard for her, it is a case of turning away from the church because God asked her to dress decently. And what was God asking for the other generations? It was not to put on a blouse to cover her hips, nor, her breasts, it was to be chewed up inside the coliseum by lions. It was to serve as a human torch in Nero’s garden, burned with hot wax. It was to be beheaded for witnessing, that’s what God was charging.
